I have seen people in their late 30’s who have lost a lot of weight and their necks sagged to the point where a facelift would be beneficial. But someone in their early to mid-40’s usually still has fairly good skin tone and if your main issue is some neck fat, usually you can get a fairly good correction with a fairly simple neck liposuction. By the time you hit your late 40’s, usually there is sufficient skin laxity to warrant consideration of a facelift (in addition to a neck liposuction if you have an excess of neck fat).
